Nightlife Scene expands in Harrisburg

There’s a lot happening in the Harrisburg area in 2005.

If you missed it, read last week’s column to fill you in on the “Superclub,” another Kokomo’s location and more.

But that’s not all …

The owner of Fast Eddie’s in Carlisle has purchased the building that now houses Mitrani at Home, a furniture store. He will be converting this three-story building across from Mars into a New Orleans-themed multiplex called “The Quarter.” It will feature a restaurant, nightclub and a carousel rooftop deck.

Fisaga Cafe, 2153 Market St., opens in Camp Hill next week. They will serve specially-blended coffees in addition to casual dining.

Fisaga’s second location on Route 22 is planned to be open by Memorial Day.

The Sierra Madre is currently closed for renovations. It will re-open in a few weeks, and from what I heard, will be a cool upgrade.
