Weekend Roundup: 5/26
We made it! The weekend is again on the horizon. And for many of us, it’s a three-day weekend to boot!
How are you spending your Memorial Day weekend? It’s a busy one for me. We’re heading to Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night (I am a good sport, I keep telling myself). Saturday, cocktails with good friends we don’t see enough, hopefully deck-bound.
On Sunday, we’re hosting our first co-family (in-laws) cookout with burgers, dogs and hog. By Monday, I just plan to veg. Maybe there will be a Burn Notice marathon on or something.
Naturally, being Memorial Day weekend, it also is The Patriot-News Artsfest. If you’re new to town, this is the first of three summer street festivals held in downtown Harrisburg. You can read more about it here.
With many thanks to Jersey Mike of Greenbelt Events, we’re offering a special Memorial Day weekend giveaway for two passes to see Rusted Root – including inside access to the group’s soundcheck at ABC on Sunday, June 5. ENTER HERE TO WIN.
