Weekend Roundup 12/22
Last night, we had a great showing at the holiday #hbgtweetup. If you’re never joined us before, consider making a New Year’s resolution to get out to see us every third Wednesday of the month at the Abbey Bar at Appalachian Brewing Company. Poor Tierney was the only one to sport a holiday “ugly sweater” last night, but she did so in style.
My sister comes into town tomorrow. We’re kicking off the holiday with mani/pedis with our mom at Polished, followed by a showing of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I’m still racing to finish the book by then.
While you’ll see a shortage of events as we near the holiday this weekend, if you want to get out, be sure to see my post on which bars are open for Christmas Eve and Day. A more detailed version appears in this week’s Out with Sara column in The Patriot-News.
I wish you and your families a wonderful holiday!
Be sure to visit the site next week where we’ll prep you for the new year: resolutions, hangover tips and more!
