This week on

Highlights from my week include a very happy #hbgtweetup (next one is April 17 – Join us!), a preview of The Circular, and staying in last night to eat wings, drink beer and watch NCAA Division 1 Wrestling with my husband. (Go Penn State!)

ORDToday things are a tad busier. My brother-in-law (himself a National Wrestling Champion) is being inducted in to the Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, I’m going to miss the whole shebang because I have a hair appointment (didn’t know about the conflict, can’t change it) and then dinner plans with my girlfriend before heading over to Savannah’s for the Male Revue. It’s been described as a “raptors at the fence scenario,” so it should be interesting if nothing else.

If you’re heading out on the last full weekend of the Mason Dixon Wine Trail this weekend, be sure to include a stop to Old Republic Distillery, where they’re making apple pie moonshine and “Love Potion.” Learn more.

Speaking of the wine trail, we learned that The Vineyard at Hershey will begin brewing beer this summer at The Brewery at Hershey.

Last Sunday, we introduced Lauren, who is hosting a series on beers and wines we’re calling “Sunday School” to help you better select the craft beers and wine varietals you might like based on what you already enjoy. She started with Cabs & Stouts, and stick around for tomorrow’s IPAs and Catawbas. (I love IPAs, but Catawbas? Maybe it’s time to revisit those.)

There is still time (through tomorrow) to enter to win two tickets to see Colbie Caillat at American Music Theatre – a $108 value!

Hope you joined our March Madness pool — I’ve got Gonzaga to take it all.

While you’re getting yourself in shape for the warmer seasons, Kelly shares her top fitness apps – download and give ’em a try.

The weather may have other ideas, but spring is evident in the growing number of events going on throughout the area. Find ’em here.

Last but certainly not least, wash down those warmer daydreams with a spring seasonal. Tierney shares her favorites.
