Greystone Public House is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 23 with a variety of Thanksgiving-inspired menu items in addition to selections from the fall menu.

Greystone Public House Thanksgiving Menu:

  • Roasted Pumpkin Soup with a raisin gastrique, marshmallow fluff, and crispy sage.
  • Roasted Turkey with stuffing, corn pudding, green beans, smashed red potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy.
  • Smoked Prime Rib with smashed red potatoes, corn pudding, green beans, horseradish sauce, and au jus.
  • Maine Lobster Risotto with sorrel, mascarpone, peas, and garlic
  • Pumpkin Float with pumpkin ice cream, ABC Root Beer, and a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie

A few current fall menu entrees included in the Thanksgiving menu are Sweet Potato Ravioli, Chicken Fried Duroc Pork Chop, and Braised Beef Short Rib among others.

For dessert, you can’t go wrong with the Pumpkin Tart or Pear and Mulled Wine Cobbler to end the meal.
