Cornerstone Coffeehouse hosts its first Tapas & Tastings event on Friday, July 7 with the Brewhouse Grille’s nanobrewery, 2050 State Brewing Co.

Spend the night on the patio with a guided tasting by the Cornerstone’s head baker and catering coordinator, Mike Bates, plus 2050 State’s head brewer, Brad Moyer, as they pair five tapas with five 2050 State beers.

Tapas Menu:

  • Bacon wrapped dates with Bourbon glaze
  • Marinated Manchego and citrus crostini
  • Roasted squash and Boursin flatbread pizza
  • Mexican grilled corn and chorizo stuffed Chile Relleno
  • Sweet and savory baked donut with rosemary, honey, matcha, sea salt baked in duck fat, served a la mode

      Hi, Allison — Thanks for your note! We love Cornerstone’s cooking classes too, but this is actually a new event and will not be a cooking class with Chef LaPorta.
